Corporate Social Responsibility (capitalised or not) is one of the first things procurement executives will tell you they’re eager to get right. This morning I met the CPO of major American airline and it was one of the first things he flagged up as an issue on his mind, right after cost savings. But what he said next got me thinking – are we all necessarily talking about the same thing?
